What materials are used in the filter, and how do they work?
Our filters use a high-quality, BPA-free plastic housing coupled with a multi-layer filtration core, including activated carbon (often sourced from coconut shell), ion-exchange resin, and fine mesh media. The activated carbon removes chlorine, unpleasant tastes, and odours through adsorption. The ion-exchange resin targets heavy metals like lead and mercury. The mesh layer captures sediment and rust particles. Together, these elements offer broad-spectrum purification, similar to systems featured in multi-stage filters used across the industry.

Yes! You can purchase replacements directly from our website, individually or in discounted multipacks.
How do I install or replace the filter?

Do you offer free shipping?
